As Chief Growth Officer at NIKA, Kyle Henson leverages nearly two decades of experience in planning and implementing corporate business development goals and strategic growth initiatives. Kyle has extensive expertise in implementing growth strategies, business development, and customer and partner interface. In his role as Chief Growth Officer, Kyle oversees the business development and capture, strategic partnerships, and proposal and marketing functions at NIKA.

Prior to joining NIKA, Kyle served as Vice President of Business Development at J&J Worldwide Services, where he honed his talents supporting operations for a team of medical operations and maintenance, construction, and environmental services providers. During his tenure at J&J, the company realized a 350% increase in revenue and grew from $100 to $430 million. Kyle was also instrumental in growing the company’s global presence in Europe.

Throughout his career, Kyle has developed a true passion for serving the needs of the U.S. military through his work with various Department of Defense and government organizations. Kyle has also served on the Board of Directors for 10 years for Affinity Insurance Limited, a $300 Million dollar heterogeneous group captive program.  He also served for 12 years as the Vice-Chairman of the ITPEU Health and Welfare Fund.

Kyle earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
