John Paul “JP” Stout

Vice President, Mission Support Services


As Vice President of Mission Support Services at NIKA, John Paul “JP” Stout plays a critical role in supporting the successful execution of complex government contracts and delivering high-quality solutions for NIKA’s Mission Support Services requirements. In his role, JP oversees and implements Strategic Planning, Operational Oversight, Financial Management, and Team Leadership at the Executive Level. JP is a seasoned operations executive with over 14 years of experience in program and project management. His background offers a unique blend of strategic vision at the corporate level and hands-on expertise at the project level. As a member of NIKA’s leadership team, JP is committed to providing world class service to NIKA’s government customers and the missions of the installations we support every day.

Prior to joining NIKA, JP served as the Director of Operations for J&J/CBRE, where he was responsible for multiple, large Base Operations and Facilities Maintenance contracts throughout the United States with a total portfolio value exceeding 250 million dollars.

Throughout his career, JP has achieved notable milestones, where he provided support for the Fukishima nuclear disaster in 2011, received the J&J Foundations of Excellence Award for outstanding execution of the Mission and Support Services Business Unit, and continues to serve on various civic and volunteer boards.

JP is a graduate of Mercer University and has earned his Master of Public Administration from the University of Georgia. He currently holds a PMP Certification and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
