NIKA is hiring for a Lead Water/Waste Water Plants Operator for a base operations support services contract in Kodiak, AK!Â

Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Lead Water/Waste Water Plants Operator is expected to serve as Plant Supervisor and the facility coordinator for both water/waste water plants and areas of operation (AOR).
Required Skills
Current Level III Water Treatment License and Level II Waste Water Treatment license from the State of Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation.
Minimum of two yearsâ experience working in the Base Kodiak facility or a plant of similar capacity and configuration. This includes working with supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA)systems and PLC (Programmable Logic Systems)/HMI (Human Interface Software Integration) knowledge.
Must meet the requirements of 18 AAC 74 and also possess SCADA, PLC/HMI experience.
