NIKA and its teamed service disabled veteran-owned business (SDVOSB) subcontractor, Sentry Solutions, were awarded a $21 million contract with the Defense Health Agency Facilities Enterprise (DHA-FE) to provide Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE)/Operation and Maintenance Program Review (OMPR) for medical treatment and research facilities worldwide.
Our experienced team of technicians and analysts will provide management and technical support, data management/integration, and training in support of Facilities Management Support Services to the DHA-FE in the areas of Program Management, Project Management, Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE) Inventory Surveys, Development of Maintenance Programs for Facilities, RPIE Quality Assurance and Control Support, and O&M Program Review (OMPR).
Our team will utilize the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) database to manage and track all inventories. We will also provide data analytics for each site using current guideline requirements and ensure compliance with codes, standards, directives, and criteria.
The contract will be performed at at various locations across DHAs worldwide facility portfolio and has a duration of one year with two, one year options.
